Tom went above and beyond to help a family located in a different country send their deepest condolences to a family that was saying goodbye to a Loved one. In a race against the clock Tom accepted our order, reached out super fast when we ran into overseas complications, and then solved a wrong delivery destination issue the day of. Someone in the same situation used a different company and their experience did not go so well as the company ran into the same delivery complications and just told the customer it could not be delivered and left it at that and on the customer to sort out. Very Grateful we found a business that truly cares.
