Tom's was great. The only issue we had was they delivered to my mother-in-law's business too late and they had closed for the day. Cant really blame them, but then I didnt expect them to deliver late on a Friday. They made sure to get it to her the very next day at her residence. The flowers were beautiful and my mother-in-law loved them. They had wonderful customer service and were very responsive when it came to getting the flowers to the right person, even though they had to go out of their way to take it to her home instead of the business. I would recommend Tom's to anyone in the Summerville area looking for a beautiful arrangement and great customer service.
