Indulgence Spa Basket™

This is my 3rd time using Tom’s Florist and I can’t even begin to tell you how impressed I am each time I go here. The 1st time I stopped in it was right before they were going to close. I needed to get a bouquet of flowers so I could give it to my neighbor who was sick and I wanted to cheer her up. I walked in and Tom was there showing me all the different Fall flowers I could select from and that he would bake the bouquet for me as soon as I finalized all my flower selections. He did a fabulous job arranging them as I would not have been able to make it look like that which was so beautiful. He added a little touch of class to it by making a bow that he tied around the large bouquet that I had him wrap up in paper since I knew my neighbor had a vase to put these in. I was completely blown away at the level of service he provided. I thought to myself I will definitely come back here for future needs. I had to leave the flowers on my neighbor’s front porch since she was contagious and I couldn’t be near her so after I left the porch I called her to let her know there was a little something for her at her front door. She was so moved by the gesture and thanked me for the gorgeous flowers. She sent me a picture of them on her island…they looked stunning! The 2nd time I went there I needed to order a large Fall arrangement for the funeral mass of my mother. I wanted it large so everyone could see it as I was the only one that was going to provide the flowers since it was going to be a very small group of people attending. I wanted something extra special for mom. I worked with Miranda on this order and she was such a huge help to me. She had a lot of great suggestions which I took her up on all of them. She knew exactly the vision that I had and when the arrangement arrived at the church, I was blown away at how stunning this arrangement was. She exceeded my expectations. Since I needed to do a 2nd funeral in a different state for my large family and lots of friends, my sister told me that she saw the flowers on the altar at St. John the Beloved and she wanted me to have the florist in NJ make that same exact arrangement. I made sure I took several pictures of the arrangement before the funeral started to have as a keep sake. Little did I know that I was going to have to get another florist to make that for funeral #2. That florist had me send him pictures and he said he could absolutely order all the flowers that he didn’t have in stock to make it for me. He told me he really liked the arrangement that Tom’s Florist made so I took that as a nice compliment that one florist had very nice things to say about Tom’s Florist. My 3rd time going to Tom’s Florist, was once again, a last minute gift that I wanted to bring to my doctor. I wanted some kind of big plant since my doctor just moved into his brand newly built office building, which is his private practice, so I wanted something very nice. I landed up finding a large Peace Lily that was already in a basket with a bow on it ready to go so I bought it. Miranda and Tom were both there to help me out and I was so glad because I knew that I was in good hands. Tom gave the plant a quick spray to make the leaves nice and shiny and off I went (in a rush). Once I walked into the new office building and saw all the open space and all the windows, I knew this plant was going to be put in the perfect area and it was…right in the corner near the window. It filled up that corner perfectly! The ladies were so happy that they could find just the right spot for that plant and that made me feel really good. When the doctor gave me a quick tour around the building, he saw the new plant there on the floor and to told me he really liked the plant and how good it looked in that perfect location so I was so pleased that Tom’s Florist provided another good quality plant for me to gift to, this time, my doctor. I can’t say enough good things about Tom and Miranda as this florist shop is a real gem!

I visited Tom’s flower shop for the first time after driving by many times. There were beautiful premade arrangements which was very nice to just grab. I ended up ordering a delivery instead to customize the flowers and it is gorgeous! Loved the orchid stems they included which really made the arrangement pop! The staff was super accommodating, taking the time to listen to exactly what I wanted for this special arrangement. This is my new local florist I will use in Summerville!!

Yes all three loved the thoughtfulness. Miranda was a pleasure to dela with. We've been to Oscar's mostly at night when Tom's is closed. We happen to go by during the hours you were open. Now we know what a great business you have at Tom's and we will call when needed. Thanks RJ Ryan
